Change Of Mind
We offer free returns on all Australian orders (excl. sale items).
Customers located outside of Australia will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges.
If you wish to return an item, please email us with your order number at returns@apricitestudios.com within 60 days of receiving your product. Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels). If your order meets these criteria, you can request a return for a full refund issued to your original payment method. Any initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
Faulty Product
Before shipping out your product, each item goes through a series of quality controls to ensure only the highest quality items reach your doorstep. If you still believe you have received a faulty product, please email us with your case including your order number at returns@apricitestudios.com and we will look into it with utmost urgency.
Incorrect or Damaged Order
If you have received an incorrect or damaged order, please email us with your case including your order number at returns@apricitestudios.com as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.
Sale Items
If you purchase items during a sale or promotion, please note that these are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
